RETURN POLICY

Our updated return policy is 14-days from receipt of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. Items sent back after the return period or without the original packaging, will not be eligible for refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please ensure that your return is shipped within the returns policy window which is driven off the original receipt of the order.
*Important Note:
 Late returns, past the 14-day period will not be accepted past their indicated returns period and will not be refunded. We do not accept returns for Swimwear/Underwear due to sanitary safety of our Customers & Employees.  
Order cancellation
We provide a grace period of 30 minutes after an order has been placed to modify or cancel the order, after which we are unable to change the order as it has been sent to fulfillment with our suppliers.  To proceed with a cancellation or refund after the 30 minute grace period, an order must be received and then returned to us, at which point we will process the return and refund.  Please see the return policy and instructions below.
How do I process a return shipment?
The return shipping is easy and simple. You can submit your return or exchange request by emailing us at support@ldvluxe.com to request a return authorization number and return label for your item. You must include the return authorization number with your item to ensure the return process is completed promptly.

When should I expect a refund?
Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your package. Once returns are processed, please allow 3-7 days for a credit card refund to post to your billing statement. LDVLUXE store credit refunds will be immediately available after your return is processed. In the event you have used a debit card, the time it will be released by your bank back to your account may vary.
Can I exchange my item?
We accept exchanges as long as they meet our return policy.  If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return and then place a new order online for an alternative product. If you require assistance, please contact our customer service team at support@ldvluxe.com
